Clinical Operations & Biometrics Services Consultant Position (Retainer + Commission) with Full-Time Potential

What You'll Do:

• Drive business development for our China clinical operations services to international biopharma clients

• Expand our global biometrics services to international biopharma clients

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with global pharmaceutical and biotech companies

• Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies

• Represent our company at industry conferences and networking events

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of BD experience with clinical CROs or biometrics CROs

• Bachelor's degree minimum (advanced degree preferred)

• Deep understanding of clinical trials and global regulatory landscape

• Proven track record in B2B sales to pharmaceutical/biotech companies

• Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency a strong plus)

• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach

• Strong network within the biopharma industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Phase I-IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas

• Understanding of biometrics, biostatistics, and data management services

• Experience selling to global pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotech

• Travel flexibility for client meetings and industry events

• Clinical operations, or regulatory affairs background is a plus
